The Sony DSC-H70 compact camera is based on a 16.1-megapixel CCD sensor, a 25 mm wide-angle lens and a high sensitivity mode, so you can take photos indoors or in low light without the need for a flash.
The 10x optical zoom and optical image stabiliser on the DSC-H70 bring subjects closer and detect camera shake, automatically shifting the lens to help prevent blur.
Several smart functions are available on the DSC-H70 for beginners. These include automatic smile detection and scene recognition. The Sweep Panorama mode reaches further for breathtaking shots, and the Cyber-shot DSC-H70's movie mode lets you record high quality videos.
